THE PROJECT

A residential project we planned around a Miyawaki forest

We are developing homes inside a large planted landscape near Shamshabad, Hyderabad.

We, Stonecraft Group (Stonecraft Developers Private Limited), are developing Woods Shamshabad near Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Shamshabad, Hyderabad, as a residential community set inside a forest that we began planting in early 2020.

We planned the project around a Miyawaki forest. The Miyawaki method creates dense, multi-layered planting, using plant species chosen for the site.

We have planted about 4,50,000 trees in the forest. We have sourced more than 150 species, recorded 141+ bird species on site and rescued and transplanted 44 trees. Ask our team for the latest planting records.
