Based out of Hyderabad, Stonecraft Group Founder Kirthi Chilukuri is a real estate developer, visionary, investor and environmentalist. With over 17 years in the realty business, he has built a reputation by selling over 10,00,000 square yards of residential property and establishing a customer base of more than 3,000 families.
Mr. Chilukuri has been the company’s Founder and MD since 2013, on a mission to bring luxury to every project while respecting the environment. He is an avid advocate of biophilic infrastructure, integrating a deep connection with nature into modern life.

Every Stonecraft project is anchored in four principles – managed on site, from day one.
Power
Passive cooling, natural light and renewable energy.
All Stonecraft plots are equipped with solar panels. Passive-cooling materials and power-harnessing technologies help each project use resources more efficiently, with lower energy costs and less strain on non-renewable supply.
Water
Percolation, rainwater harvesting and reuse.
Instead of small percolation pits, entire landscapes work as water-percolation systems. Rainwater seeps into the ground, replenishing aquifers and reducing runoff.
Soil
Soil enrichment and tree-root ecosystems.
Existing soil is enriched and custom soil mixes are developed for mature trees, supporting deeper roots and stronger plant ecosystems.
Climate
Shade, planting and microclimate.
Natural materials and dense greenery regulate the microclimate. We describe our sites as around 4 degrees cooler than the city.
