My worldview is that humans need convivial conservation based on the understanding that our lifestyle choices impact the world around us. I am a staunch advocate of biophilic urbanism – an approach to living that focuses on the human connection to the natural world. We need stable human habitats that heal the environment over time, not harm it.
THE FOUNDER
Based out of Hyderabad, Stonecraft Group Founder Kirthi Chilukuri is a real estate developer, visionary, investor and environmentalist. With over 17 years in the realty business, he has built a reputation by selling over 10,00,000 square yards of residential property and establishing a customer base of more than 3,000 families.
Mr. Chilukuri has been the company’s Founder and MD since 2013, on a mission to bring luxury to every project while respecting the environment. He is an avid advocate of biophilic infrastructure, integrating a deep connection with nature into modern life.

Financial Controller
A financial professional with more than 28 years of experience across non-banking financial services, stock broking, investment banking, asset management, corporate advisory and wealth management. MBA, MFT, LLB, with programmes from ISB, Wharton and Kellogg, and a board member as Independent Director.
Chief Advisor
Over 35 years of experience in international diplomacy and commerce. Bachelor’s in Commerce, an MBA in Finance from Bombay University and a Master’s in International Trade from Columbia, USA. At Stonecraft he nurtures relationships and opportunities aligned with sustainable growth and global partnerships.
Advisor
A trade, business promotion and policy leader with nearly three decades of experience; Chief Executive of Hathors Infrastructure Pvt Ltd and Oriental Skills and Safety Pvt Ltd. Previously Senior Commercial Specialist for the US Department of Commerce (2000–2013), helping foster US–India trade relations.
