Accounts Executive
Run day-to-day accounts in Zoho and Tally, prepare GST and TDS returns, and keep the books ready for audits. CA or CA Inter preferred, and real estate accounting is an advantage.

Senior Architect (Real Estate)
Take designs from concept to approval and to the site: sanction and working drawings, coordination with structural and MEP teams, and site supervision. B.Arch and Council of Architecture registration are usually required.

Pre-Sales Executive / Lead
Be the first point of contact for prospective buyers: handle calls, emails and WhatsApp enquiries, keep CRM records up to date, and schedule site visits. English, Hindi and Telugu are required.
