COMPLETED 2010
Woods @ Somajiguda
One of Stonecraft’s first residential projects, built with a bias towards nature: 23 niche luxury apartments, 3–4 BHK, from 2,200 to 4,500 sq. ft.
Completed in 2010, it was one of the first luxury buildings in Somajiguda, with terracotta exposed bricks, natural stone, abundant sunlight and plants.

COMPLETED 2006
Woods @ Journalist Colony
Built on 1,200 sq. yards, a standalone apartment building preceded by a huge lawn – unheard of in apartments at the time. Twelve luxury 3BHK apartments of 3,300–3,600 sq. ft.
Eighteen years on, the plants need minimal maintenance and have formed a bond with the exposed brick facade, with 40–50-foot tall trees on the avenue plantation.

A prime example of thriving natural life. The architecture is planned to supply each home with abundant natural light, air and greenery.
On 1 acre, ten villas each sit on a 350 sq. yard plot with a built-up area of 4,400–4,750 sq. ft.
